To discover, see and do...
The historical forest fires Interpretation Centre will introduce you to the history of forest fire protection in Quebec, in an exhibition filling five rooms. Our firefighting headquarters, linked by computer to SOPFEU, a local firefighting organization, also welcomes visitors inside, where they can learn about how it works and all the latest on forest fires in Quebec. For each reported fire, we can tell you the cause, area, location, cost, personnel deployed, etc. Come climb our 80 feet high new lookout tower for forest fires. At the summit our mirador will allow you to familiarize yourself with the tower guardian job, that no longer exist. In our visual arts exhibition room, you can see works by our local creators.
